I meet Kerri when I first moved back to Bunbury 5 years ago, when somebody told me about this amazing Vet that would visit your home to treat your pet. Not only did she come to our house but she was so amazing with Roxy our Kelpie/Koolie who was a rescue dog with a whole lot of issues and at times not the easiest fury baby to treat. But with her kind and caring nature with our Roxy girl its never been a drama for Roxy to get check ups anymore. Fast track to now and Kerri has since opened Eaton Pet Vet, an amazing veterinary clinic for all fur babies great and small. If your looking for a Vet with compassion and a genuine care for her animals then make sure to check out her clinic. x

What gets you going in the morning? I am such a morning person, I always have the energy to get up and go whether I'm off to work or have a day off. I think I drive the girls at work crazy because I'm usually too full-on for them in the morning, they need a lil time to wakeup - makes me giggle! I love a new day, everyday is a new beginning, a new opportunity. What you do every morning defines the rest of the day, if you start the day off with a walk and a healthy breakfast you know the chances of feeling good and having a good day are likely. I really like that about mornings!
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learn in business? I guess its simply , you get out what you put in and that consistency is the key. Your business is a reflection of self. Keep polite, organised, punctual, determined, knowledgeable, inspired, inspirational and well presented and life will follow.
What do you do for fun? Spending time at home or going for a drive to a secluded beach or nature reserve with my hubby and fur kids, Miss Pandora -our short haired Chihuahua and Merl - our chocolate teacup Pomeranian, is my favorite thing to do if and when I have a day free! I enjoying doing home improvements - making things look pretty and organised really floats my boat haha
What’s your favourite inspirational quote?
There's a few I really live by:
- You reap what you sow - Adele
- Its the little things that count - unknown
- The grass is green where you water it - No idea where I got this one from but I seem to always shout it to my husband... wonder why?! ahahaWhat advice would you tell your 15 year old self?
Oh my goodness, anyone who knows me will giggle at this question because I was quite the independent, unsupervised, 'free-spirit' young teen...
The PG version is just the little things like wash your makeup off every night and wear sunscreen, drink water and travel..

What gets you going in the morning? Just how lucky I am to be where I am, surrounded by so many amazing people and having a small business which I absolutely love!
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learn in business? I have learnt the extreme importance of supporting small business, and just how amazing each and every small business owner is, as it can be a tough gig! I have developed a fight and passion, not just for my business, but also across the board. I've learnt to never doubt my ability as a business woman, especially as a young business woman (being 23 years of age when I started out 5 years ago). While some times are hard, a positive attitude will always get me further and I refuse to be beat. As they say - ~Get up, dress up, show up - and never give up!~
What do you do for fun? Adventures with my partner (riding, camping etc), Catching up with friends and family, and just generally being active.
What’s your favourite inspirational quote? Believe in yourself and all that you are! Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle
What advice would you tell your 15 year old self? Be who you truly are, and have confidence in yourself!

What gets you going in the morning? As a busy single mum of three children I would say that coffee is a huge motivator in the morning! Life is so hectic for me juggling so many things that the key to getting out the door is simply being organised.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learn in business? I think I’ve learnt to toughen up, to be resilient and be able to deal with knock backs. At first when I was trying to get my product out there those knock backs would dent my confidence. Now I don’t take it so personally, I have learnt to believe in my product and trust that I am doing a great job!
What do you do for fun? I am a very sociable person so love spending time with my children, family and friends. I love good food and wine so always enjoy a good catch up! I am also fairly active so exercise is very important to me. Whether that be boxing, yoga or walking I find that by making it a priority it really helps me de-stress.
What’s your favourite inspirational quote? The past year in my personal life has really been incredibly tough. I’ve actually found some solace in the quote… “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations” that combined with “The best is yet to come” I just know that the future is going to be alright!
What advice would you tell your 15 year old self? I think if I could go back in time I would have told myself to just enjoy being young and carefree. I remember wishing my life away wanting to experience everything RIGHT NOW! I travelled at an early age but wish that I had seen more of the world and not been in such a rush to settle down and get married. There is plenty of time for all of that! You need to just enjoy the many adventures that life has to offer!
